Thank you for visiting my website. As of Friday, August 6, 2010, I've put my career as a sucessful residential Real Estate Broker in Portland, Oregon on hold. It is my intention to return to real estate brokerage in Portland after the year 2013. Through my wife's employer, our family has accepted a fabulous opportunity to be relocated to Taipei, Taiwan. It's a 3 year assignement and we're very appreciative of the opportunity to expand the outlook, educational opportunities, and perspectives of our children plus the generous lifestyle and experiential benefits we will acquire along the journey.

I will deeply miss my loving parents, sister, dog (until she can relocate) extended family and friends who remain in the place of world renouned beauty known as Oregon. I may still be reached at my "local" Portland cell phone number thanks to Vonage. For those of you that wish to maintain contact on a more visual basis I also have a Skype account. With regard to contact, Taiwan has a 15 hour across the dateline difference. An easy way to figure out what time it is in Taiwan from the West Coast of the United States is to add 3 hours to local time then "Flip" the AM for PM and vise versa. When it's Monday in Portland, it's Tuesday in Taipei.
